Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Accurately process customer orders and prepare items for shipping using handheld scanners.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow efficiency and meet production goals.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during the peak season.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to safety standards.
- Forklift certification (if held) is highly preferred.
