Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move inventory throughout the facility
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Document daily activities and report equipment maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
