Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to orders and safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Inspect packaging for damage and ensure all items are properly labeled.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
