Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight using powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack).
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with 99.9% accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on packages to ensure they meet shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid Driver's License preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
