Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
