Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cycle count documentation
- Optimize order fulfillment for overnight delivery routes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS system experience
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
