Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse flow.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Assist in inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and quality control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to flexible shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
