Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain clean and organized workstations while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with consistent attendance
- Basic math skills and comfort with inventory tracking systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
