Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload freight shipments and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Availability to work Monday-Friday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
