Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation according to company protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and solve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and shipping documentation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
