Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility efficiently.
- Sort and organize inventory with precision and care to ensure accuracy.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery (training provided for certified operators).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform regular quality checks on products before they are shipped.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hourly shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required for this role.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license (if driving is required for the specific shift).
