Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Pack and label orders according to quality standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems for order tracking
- Collaborate with overnight team leads on operational goals
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4 nights/week)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
