Responsibilities
- Unload inbound shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Reliable transportation to facility
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
