Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and prepare shipments for overnight delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document all activities using warehouse management software systems
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean and secure work environment throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for entire shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
