Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software
- Inspect and pack products with attention to detail and quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete daily equipment maintenance logs and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
