Your Role
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and safely during our peak night operations.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
