Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory onto shelves and pallets accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track stock levels and shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic quality assurance checks on incoming merchandise.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn handheld scanner systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
