Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for overnight delivery routes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Conduct accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete detailed shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
