Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Inspect and package products for shipment accuracy
- Maintain inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
- Complete quality checks before product dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to industrial corridor location
