Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers and workflow continuity
- Adhere to company safety protocols and participate in monthly safety drills
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with occasional overtime
