Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners and RF guns
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Coordinate with supervisors to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to 5S principles for workplace organization and cleanliness
- Participate in cross-functional team projects to improve warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
