Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and computers to track inventory movements.
- Assist in training new hires on proper safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Meet daily production quotas and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
