Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment with strict attention to detail.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
