Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and nightly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
