Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package products according to customer orders to ensure high satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipments to keep operations moving.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced settings.
