Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Load/unload trucks with attention to detail and timeliness

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
