Responsibilities
- Accurately process, package, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in compliance with company standards
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
