Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of inventory using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a rotating Night Shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
