Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight from Tampa, FL regional hubs using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels accurately.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for regional delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during high-volume night operations.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
