Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently during night shifts.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Inspect packaging for damage and ensure proper labeling and shipping procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for role).
