Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare them for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license may be required for specific driving tasks.
