Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move pallets using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet company quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend frequently.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Houston facility.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
