Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Update inventory management systems and perform cycle counts as required.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper safety protocols and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
