Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks.
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.
