Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines during night operations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for night shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
