Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Prepare and pack customer orders for same-day shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation and weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas)
