Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products during night shift hours
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain organized workstations
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Support loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work 10-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
