Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes.
- Perform regular quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
