Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that products are handled with care, processed efficiently, and shipped accurately to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment using pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Package and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety compliance.
