Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and label reading.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
