Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Turret Truck).
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (10:00 PM - 10:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
