Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with precision and speed to ensure timely shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality control checks and verify order accuracy against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM) consistently.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and physical stamina.
