Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Process orders and prepare packages for shipping with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily production targets and efficiency goals are achieved.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
