Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate counts, cycle counts, and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against bills of lading and ensuring proper documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
