Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship merchandise using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counting processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment operation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday through Friday
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
