Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and packaging verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
