Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and pack orders accurately to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on inventory and packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
