Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory using our state-of-the-art warehouse management systems.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Package and label products accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
