Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move products efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Perform receiving, stocking, and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and organization.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labeling and safety protocols are met.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before distribution.
- Safe Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required for some roles.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a consistent work history.
