Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and count incoming stock and materials to ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to manage stock levels effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals and potential bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
